Will Isabel & George, List of Inventory At a court held for the County of Southampton the 11th day of February 1795 This Inventory & Appraisment of the Estate of Anne Applewhite decd was this day return'd And to be recorded In the left margin: Murfee Simon Will In the Name of God Amen I Simon Murfee of Southampton County being of sound & disposing mind & memory thanks be given to the Almighty for the same and calling to mind the uncertainty of this life and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die do make & ordain this my last will and testament in manner & form following Imperious: I give & bequeath to my son Richard Murfee after the Marriage or death of my beloved wife Martha Murfee all my land & plantation thats on the East side of the flat pomd to him and his airs forever Item: I give % bequeath to my son Simon Murfee after Marriage or death of my wife all my land ^ plantation thats on the west side of the Flatt Pond to him in his ears forever _ But if either of the above mentioned boys die leaving no heir lawfully begotten by their own body, then part of said land & plantation after marriage or death of my sad wife / to be sold only & equally divided amongst the rest of my sons to wit Josiah Murfee Francis Murfee Burwell Murfee Drewry Murfee and Wills Murfee to them and their heirs forever Item: leave the use of all my lands & plantations and all my movable estate of what nature or kind ?????
